新農民草莓社會企業股份有限公司在探討產業發展相關問題之後,發現草莓食安與人力缺乏等問題,於是將公司成立的願景訂定為「改善食品安全」及「提供青年務農創業機會」。社會企業應尋求如何累積社會上的各項資本,進而協助解決問題。因此,新農民草莓社會企業股份有限公司即是以社會企業經營模式,致力於發展完整的台灣草莓農業產業價值鏈,生產優質、高附加價值且價格合理的農產品。尋求生產運銷和研究開發影響力平衡,持續強化產品及服務的競爭力,最終以維護土地、自然環境及消費者的最大效益為依歸。

英文摘要

After researching in terms of industry development, The New Social Enterprise Strawberry Farmer Cooperation Limited has found some issues to be concerned such as the food security of strawberries and manpower shortage. Therefore, the visions of this company are “Improvement of food security” and “Providing youth entrepreneurial opportunities.” Social enterprises should seek after a method of how to accumulate social capitals with the aim of solving problems. The New Social Enterprise Strawberry Farmer Cooperation Limited, a company running under social enterprise model, has devoted itself not only into developing a full spectrum value chain of the strawberry agriculture industry but also producing high quality products with add values under reasonable price as well. By means of looking for a balance among production, marketing and R&S together with enhancing competitive capacities of both production and services, it is hoped to reach maintaining the land, protecting the Mother Nature as well as win the most benefits for the consumers as the ultimate goals.
