全球智慧製造風潮起,生產製造搭配大數據人工智慧形成的智慧製造已是製造業提升競爭力的唯一途徑。台灣許多傳統中小型製造業由於環境與國際網絡的不透通及資源有限,在轉型升級智慧製造時首先便面臨到該資源與資源管理決策的問題。本研究運用資源理論,以巨視的結構觀點來分析新漢股份有限公司,觀察其如何由傳統的工業電腦製造商,在資源有限的情況下轉型為智慧製造大廠。本研究透過企業訪談和調查進行實證,再利用專家分析法,研究企業資源在管理決策的六項構面中如何以有限資源發揮最大綜效,即公司領導、公司管理、產品與技術、公司營運槓桿與連結、所在國家及目標國家。其中,特別關注於個案核心能力的內化,研究發現,其資源投入及核心能力轉化程度,與資源管理決策的創新類型有高度的相關。

英文摘要

In the wave of global smart manufacturing, combined manufacturing with big data of artificial intelligence has become the only way for manufactures to enhance competitiveness. Many traditional small and medium manufactures in Taiwan are faced in the problem of resource management decision-making. Concerned the issues of information non-transparent, limited resources and lack of international network while transformation and upgrading to smart manufacturing. This paper uses resource- based theory and innovative management decision-making theory, taking NEXCOM International Co., Ltd. as an example, to observe how it has been upgraded from a traditional industrial computer manufacture to a full-scale smart manufacturing factory. The paper conducts empirical research through enterprise interviews and surveys to obtain six factors of resource management decision-making in smart manufacturing. Including leadership, company management, product and technology, resources leverage and linkage, local and target countries. The study constructs the structure of the relationship of company resource allocation and management. Focus particular attention on internalization of core competencies. The study found that the degree of investment in resources and core competence transformation of enterprises is highly correlated with the type of innovation in resource management decision making.
