Exploring the Entrepreneurship Model and Process of New Female Inhabitants
At present, the total number of new residents in Taiwan has formed the fifth largest ethnic group in Taiwan, which has impacted the change on Taiwan’s population structure. It will inevitably face problems such as its own related entrepreneurial factors in the process of entrepreneurship. This study aims to propose an entrepreneurship model based on literature review. The model is used to explore the entrepreneurship model and process for new residents. This study finds that the dimensions of entrepreneurial model are actually essential elements for new resident women’s entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the entrepreneurial model for new female residents focuses on different factors along with the entrepreneurial process. Finally, this study proposes that under different entrepreneurial stages, entrepreneurial opportunities, accumulation of entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial self-efficacy coordinate with each other. This is an important factor in supporting entrepreneurship.
