自政府推動農村再生計畫以來，若干活躍的農村社區投入參與行列，然而，在進行發展的同時，社區民眾從農村再生計畫中得到哪一方面的發展？農村再生發展的各層面是否存在著關聯性？因此，本研究以桃園市龍潭區做為個案研究，以居住在農村社區的民眾及社區發展協會成員做為研究對象，透過問卷調查法的方式，調查投入農村再生計畫後對社區的影響，探討居民的個人背景變項對於農村再生計畫的態度，進而瞭解其對於農村再生計畫帶來之永續發展面及當地的永續發展的同意情形和差異。調查結果為，農村居民同意投入農村再生計畫所帶來的改變朝向永續發展目標邁進，同時也顯示執行農村再生計畫建構出農村永續發展的意涵。除了探討農村再生發展各層面間的關聯性外，本研究亦將農村再生與永續發展進行分析。從調查結果得知，本研究農村永續發展有四個層面：「生活」、「生態」、「生產」及「社會與文化」，其中，「生活」層面是受訪者同意程度最高的；永續發展的三個層面中則「環境」層面同意程度最高，兩者之間具有顯著的關聯性。 | |

Since the government has encouraged and implemented rural rejuvenation plan, most rural communities have actively participated in and managed the rural development. However, which levels did community people receive from rural rejuvenation plan when developing? Between the formation of rural rejuvenation development and sustainable development whether there is a correlation or not. Therefore, when rural is managing rural rejuvenation plan, not only bring rural sustainable but also want to know a issue of local people how to regard local sustainable. This study take Longtan District of Taoyuan City for example, be living in rural communities and community development of the cadres of the association as a research object. Through the questionnaire survey, establish the levels of rural rejuvenation development after managed the rural rejuvenation plan. In addition to discuss the relationship between rural sustainable developments at all levels, this study will be the level of sustainable development in rural areas and the level of sustainable development to discuss the relevance. From the quantitative results, the level of rural rejuvenation development is “living”, “ecology”, “production” and “society and culture”, the “living” level was the highest for most respondents. The level of sustainable development is “environment” have highest degree; there is a significant correlation between the two. | |
