在過去，屬於微觀層次分析的政治心理學，一直飽受還原主義與研究方法上的質疑。但作為研究客體的人，事實上並無法完全抽離心理因素，甚至就政治菁英而言，有些決策只是反映內在的不安與想像。因此，在政治研究中導入心理分析，不僅是對宏觀層次的補充，更能連結並理解結構與行為主體之間的互動過程。在眾多心理學的研究中，分析人格特質與動機是廣受採用的途徑，因為政治人物的行事風格反映其人格特質，而動機驅動著人格的形成，提供行動的準則。本研究便以二次政黨輪替後代表國民黨重新執政的馬英九為例，從人格理論的三種動機，分析如何影響並形塑政策。研究結果發現，馬英九政治人格的動機以成就感與親和性較多，但整體頗為平均；偏向於成就感與親和力的政策較能取得成果，而偏向於權力慾的政策則較難獲得共鳴。 | |

In past, there is always questioned about reductionism of political psychology. But the psychological factors of people as the study object cannot be ignored. Even to political elite, some decision just reflects their inner mind and imagine. Hence, the psychological analysis of political science not only interacts between macro-level and micro-lever but links the agent and structure. In different fields of psychology, the trait and motive analysis is a popular way to use. That’s because the trait of politician can be reflected on his action and the motive shape trait. In this paper, we present the research about how the trait and motive of President Ma affect on the policy making. The study find the sense of achievement and affiliation of politician can get more support in policy than of power. | |
