近年來,臺灣政府積極推動「社會企業行動方案」(行政院,2014)和「社會創新行動方案」(行政院,2018),而大學也廣設與社會企業和社會創新相關的課程、計畫和學位,讓社會企業與社會創新成為臺灣各界關注的議題。本研究參考非營利與社會企業教育等相關西方文獻研究框架(Wish and Mirabella,1998),探討臺灣公、私立大學社會企業和社會創新課程,分析107學年度兩學期46所公、私立大學提供社會企業和社會創新112門課程,嘗試找出臺灣相關課程的特色,並對其不足之處提出建議,以利未來社會企業和社會創新教育之發展。研究結果發現當前臺灣公、私立大學社會企業和社會創新教育著重基礎理論課程,未能為學生提供足夠的專業能力培訓,建議增加跨領域課程設計,增加國內外實習制度,並建立業師輔導制度。

英文摘要

In recent years, social enterprises and social innovation have grown significantly in Taiwan, mainly because of public policies, such as the Social Enterprise Action Plan (Executive Yuan, 2014) and the Social Innovation Action Plan (Executive Yuan, 2018). Additionally, universities have increasingly begun to offer social-enterprise- and social-innovation-related courses, programs, and degrees for students. This study is based on the framework of Wish and Mirabella (1998), analyzing a course database of 112 courses in 46 universities during the academic year from September 2018 through August 2019. This study explores the unique aspects of social enterprise and social innovation courses provided by higher education institutions in Taiwan and putting forward suggestions to benefit its future development. Our findings show that the current university setting focuses on offering introductory and theory-based courses while it has not offered students sufficient capacity-building training. It is recommended to develop interdisciplinary design, establish internship systems in Taiwan and abroad, and find practitioners to guide students.
