客家地區許多社區發展協會經過公部門的專業輔導，轉型為具有經濟產值的社會企業。本研究希望藉由探究台三線客家地區兩個社會企業，如何以工作坊的經營模式，並透過向勞動部申請「多元就業開發方案」，接受勞動部勞動力發展署桃竹苗分署輔導成為社會企業潛力單位，進而轉型為完全自給自足的社會企業。本研究主要以田野訪談的方式，深入瞭解兩個工作坊主要關係人的觀點，研究目前兩個工作坊在執行社會企業的實務面現況，進而比較兩個工作坊在社會企業經營模式的各項差異性，最後綜合歸納研究發現並提出建議。 | |
| 英文摘要 |
Recent years have seen increased attention being given to community development associations transforming into social enterprises in Hakka village. These social enterprises have huge value of production. The purpose of this study was to investigate two social enterprises around the third Taiwan Provincial Highway. The focus of analyses presented in this study is on business model of the workshop in order to apply the Ministry of Labor’s Multiple Employment Promotion Program. These social enterprises accepted the counseling and assist from the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor has become the full self-sufficient social enterprises. The method to carry out this study was using a field interview, which included questions and statements to which the stakeholders of two workshops were expected to respond their viewpoints. This study presents the results of implement of two workshops and the differences of business model. Finally, the conclusion should be interpreted in relation to practices of social enterprises. The results have several implications for practice. | |
