受到志願服務失靈的影響,為解決非營利組織所面臨的財政危機與品質困境,非營利組織採取新公共管理的師法企業途徑,從傳統殘補性角色,漸漸轉型為政府與企業的合作夥伴關係,然而,對於非營利組織與企業間的組織合作關係,台灣相關經驗的研究仍相當缺乏。是以,本文之目的在於析探非營利組織與企業夥伴關係的內涵。具體而言,本文擬有系統地探索以下問題:一、非營利組織與企業建立夥伴關係的類型為何?二、此種夥伴關係會對非營利組織產生哪些風險?就研究方法而言,本文透過深度訪談法,除檢視台灣四個受訪個案建立夥伴關係的動機外,並析探其對風險控管的策略,進而據以提出可行的建議。

英文摘要

Overviewing the literature on the failure of voluntary organizations, it shows that partnership is one of the most important issues. From the point of new public management, businesslike appraoch are the core strategy of partnerships. However, much less has been written about the characteristics of nonprofit-business relationships, meanwhile, there are also very few empirical studies on this topic in Taiwan. This paper intends to inquire the implications of nonprofit-business partnerships. For this purpose, four issues will be explored. Firstly, this paper would pay attention to the typology of nonprofit-business partnerships. Secondly, discussing the risks of businesslike appraoch, and then explore the available strategy for other nonprofit organizations. By the way, this paper intends to explore the inter-organizational collaboration context under the in-depth interviews technique. Four case studies will be conducted. The conclusions of the study as follow.
