近年來，創業研究成為管理上的重要議題，廣泛獲得學界重視，不少主流期刊不約而同地製作專輯予以討論，創業領域期刊之影響指數也一直居高不下，顯示出該領域學術研究的蓬勃發展。然而，創業研究在國內的發展卻相當緩慢，不僅發展出的理論架構與結論缺乏連貫性，也難以與國際研究社群產生共鳴。有鑑於此，本文整理、回顧創業相關文獻，並結合家族企業議題，希望以此介紹該領域發展與研究重點，以此吸引國內學者的興趣與重視。 | |

In recent years, entrepreneurship study has become an important issue in the academia. Not only have a number of leading journals made special issue on this topic but also the specific journals focusing on this field have consistently been rated high in the assessment. In contrast to the trend, local scholars are less active in the entrepreneurship research and remain substantially isolated from the international community. Therefore, this paper aims to review and recategorize the literatures in the filed of entrepreneurship, including some studies related to family business in order to introduce the existing wisdom and future avenues of entrepreneurship study to the domestic organization and strategy researchers. | |
